Jayn Bell Need a BRAND NEW WASHER??? I have an EXTRA one! Nothing wrong with it but needs a new hose. Will sell it to you, for about 350.00. Why do I have TWO?? Purchased first one on 2/1/2014, and it started to leak. SEARS Outlet wanted to blame the delivery guy. I went BLACK WOMAN, fought with them to exchange it and they finally agreed (wasnt taking no for an answer). Problem was leaking hose, easily fixable, but we wont discuss that (my bad). ANYWAY, picked out another one for exchange, delivered today. Paperwork showed delivery, but not the pick-up. He called in. Both me and the delivery guy argued that it was EXCHANGE not DELIVERY only. She REFUSED to let him pick up the other one, kept saying the paperwork said delivery. I took the phone from him and went BLACK WOMAN on her! I told her I knew she was working from a script, and I asked her to think LOGICALLY. She kept telling me the same thing. All this was making the delivery guy late on his next delivery, and that customer was calling. Sooooo I told him to just leave it in the garage. This is what you get when you ship all customer service over seas. BTW, these are the same folks (Sears Outlet) that argued with me that it was more than 30days for the exchange. Lets see.. I had to actually have them do the math. 02/01/2014 to 02/28/2014 is NOT 30 days. WWyouD?
