Jealousy is really a horrible, destructive, blocking and harming emotion ... carried by so much ego and envy ... pushing people to say things and to mean something completely different .... Jealousy involves everything ego, aggression and greed ... It is THE emotion we MUST focus to CONTROL. Jealousy creates so many problems and harms all what we build together with much efforts to benefit our all goal. We discourage our most competent people by making their life difficult because of enviousness, shortsightedness, ignorance, distrust and malevolence ... All because of personal jealousy. Now days one does not get a compliment because of his merits but because of a strategic thinking. Another will be ignored not because his achievements are not good but because of strategic thinking ... People get used to pave the way to another persons goal .... How can we say we stand for non violence by practicing such life attitude :/
