Jeff Duncan along with more than 50 Members of Congress, sent a letter to Republican Leadership requesting that Congress take immediate action to defend the rule of law and eliminate all funding for the President’s executive action on immigration. The letter simply requests that we use our constitutional power of the purse to stop a president who has overstepped his legal authority and who is in violation of the Constitution. Congressman Ted Yoho reported that this letter was received and our concerns have been implemented and we will vote to defund President Obamas illegal amnesty this week.
