Jennifer Salt is an old friend. Shes pictured above looking toward the camera in my cover photo. Been thinking about her lately. The other day she emailed me an mp3 of this interview she gave awhile back. hadnt heard from her in months. I uploaded it on Soundcloud in case anyone is interested. Shes an actress, producer and writer. Among her credits she had the lead in Brian De Palmas Sisters, Played Woody Allens blind date in Play it Again Sam, and was Eunice Tate in the 70s sitcom comedy classic Soap, She also co-wrote the screenplay for Eat, Pray Love, and has written and produced episodes of Nip/Tuck and American Horror Story. Her father Waldo Salt, wrote the screenplays for Serpico and Midnight Cowboy among others. Interesting interview, in which they discuss much of this and much more. One of only a very few interviews she has ever done. Among the topics are Robert De Niro and Brian De Palma, and what it was like sharing a home in Malibu in the late 60s early 70s with struggling up and comers such as De Palma, Marty Scorsese, and Steven Speilberg.
