Jenny is looking for a good probe thermometer. Heres what she wants: I want a GOOD digital thermometer that you can stick into food while its in the oven etc. Ive gone through at least three of the $20 ones instead of buying a more expensive one. Lesson learned. I want it to measure temp going up AND going down (cooled off to a certain temp). I want it to not be finicky. Im tired of having to wrap the wire end in tinfoil etc. I want it to be able to handle high temps. Any brand/type preferences? Can you help? Links welcome in the comments. Thanks!
