Jensen has been making awesome progress! His speech is rapidly improving and hes always coming up with new things to say! Next week is a big one for us. Jensen is starting daycare for the first time...ever... Now for those of you who dont know, Ive been a stay at home mom for Jensens entire 2.5 years of life. Ive been with him every single day of his life. Im literally dreading this as much as any surgical procedure hes been through. Jensen has sensory issues and gets easily overwhelmed so please pray that the transition into daycare goes smoothly. I hope he quickly learns how to play with other kids since this will be his first time playing with peers for an extended period of time. I also hope he warms up to his teachers because hes so attached to mommy. Ultimately this is going to such an awesome step for his development and social skills. Im excited to see the progress he makes when he starts paying attention to what the other kids are doing. Its just going to be tough to get through the first couple of weeks until Jensen adjusts to his new routine.
