Jeremiah 22:16 He plead the cause of the afflicted and needy so all went well. Is this not what it means to know me says the Lord? To those who know of my burden for domestic violence toward women and reach with me to stop this, I commend you a thousand times, to those who ignore it and defend the abuser, I know without a shadow of a doubt that God will rise up against you and contend for me. I will continue to stand on the scripture Malachi 2:13-17 (among others), which states, You weep and wale at my alter because I do not accept the offering from your hands and you ask why. It is because I am acting as a witness between you and wife of your youth. No where in the bible is it the womens fault for being abused and choosing a bad husband. (This is Psychology today which has worked its way into the churches) it is the mans fault for not honoring his wife. He plead the cause to the afflicted and needy so all went well. Is that not what it means to know me, says the Lord. It is Gods heart that a wife should be honor before the giving of the offering to ignore this is to ignore God. This should be preached every Sunday before they offering.
