Jerky is in the smoker - after I plowed through a bunch from the previous batch, I realized Id better make more sooner than later! Teriyaki, again. Its by far my most popular flavor. The beef roast is now simmering away on the stovetop, in its own juices and beef broth. Once the fluid is reduced enough, Ill shred the beef into it for enchiladas or machacas. I still remember the very first Mexican food I ever had (machacas), back in 1980. It started a love affair that continues to this day.
