If somebody get injured at work which resulted in a I.O.D. This person fell down the stairs due to the companies bad maintenance(crack wall which resulted in a water pipe bursting and leaking thus the individual slipped and fell). He did injured hes knee and suffered severe pain etc but also underwent a operation whereby the doctors ONLY inserted a camera in hes knee to check for damage. He cant play rugby anymore and gets paid now and then in the knee. BUT... when he was a teenager, he started to suffer from seizures (epilepsy). NOT that severe. When he slipped and fell down the stairs, he bumped hes head and ever since then he gets seizures more frequently and hes dosage of medication doubled. My question is as its a family member. He instructed a Attorney to attend to this matter since 2009 when accident happened and the attorney will sue this company whom is responsible for the bad maintenance and commissioner. With above mentioned, what is such a claim valued in Monetary? Bare in mind, he can walk still, BUT cant perform hes hobbies again like rugby and gets pain in knee + he get more frequent epilepsy.
