Jerry Ruckle I completed my purchase of a Medigap F plan from Mutual of Omaha and it is outside of the Aon Exchange, My wife is also retired BellSouth and we bought the same F Plan from Mutual of Omaha. They gave us a 7% discount for two living in the same household. I am 71 and my premium is $144.01 a month. She is 68 and her premium is $122.99 a month. I completed the application yesterday and we both got our temp membership cards by email this morning. We paid our Jan 2015 premium by credit card. I will most likely pay the remaining 11 months premium and only have to file one reimbursement claim for each of us. When the Aon agent calls on October 20, we will buy the Humana Wal-Mart Part D plan and have the premium deducted from our Social Security. It really feels good to have this mess behind me. Two friends that I have been helping bought the same plan and will buy the same drug plan. They are widowed and a widower, so they wont get the discount but they got a great price. Thank you for starting this group. It was a tremendous help in understanding this process. I will not try to promote an agent on this group but if anyone in Georgia wants his contact information, you can message me.
