Jerseyville Animal Control---Shelter?? My husband Mark was riding his bicycle today along county road/state street when an adorable little white bundle of energy pooch came up to his legs. Mark fearful that the dog was going to follow him into traffic....picked the dog up and attempted to find the owners. It appeared there was a leash/tie out at a home behind John Guntren office.....he left the dog with water, tied him up on the lead, came home and took him back food. Mark has been back several times to check on him, knocked on the door, the neighbor says the family has moved out. I work at the office on the corner, State Farm...and remember there being a little white fluffy dog there. Does anyone know the family that lived there? we are wondering if there dog got away from them? or returned home? Anyways we are worried about this little dog being alone if his family has moved? He does have food and water and is safe on his lead. Now we are fearful what if that isnt where he belongs? Does anyone know the family that lived in this home? It was owned by Kevin Ward at one time on Rosewood Drive
