Jesse Jones: Jesse Jones, 71 of Wallins Creek, Kentucky passed away on October 7, 2013 at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. Jesse was born June 30, 1942 in Elcomb, Kentucky the son of the late Rev. Ed and Willie Jones. He worked at International Harvester for 20 years in Libertyville, IL before moving back to the Wallins area in 1982 where he worked for Ralph Felosi in trucking for 8 years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son: Jim Jones; Sisters: Gertrude Brock and Lottie Jones; and Brothers: Carl Jones, Edward Jones, James Jones, and Jerry Jones. He is survived by Wife: Peggy Jones of Wallins, KY; Daughters: Jessica Gaydos of Wallins, Lottie (Willie) Jeffries of Sand Springs, OK, and Crystal (Kelly Kent) Jones of Lakemore, IL; one sister: Gertha Dotson; and one sister in law: Connie (Bill) Dotson of McHenry, IL. Six Grandchildren: Serena Angellottie, Jesse Jones, Joseph Jeffries, Amanda Schleehauf, Kayla Kent, and Jim Kent along with two great grandchildren: Micheal and Jesse Rochester and nieces and nephews Winnie Pierpoint, Juanita Bisig, Rick Jones, and Jerry Leon Jones also survive. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 9, 2013 from 5:00-7:00 PM in the Chapel of Anderson-Laws and Jones Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM Thursday also at Anderson-Laws and Jones Funeral Home with the Rev. Ed Houston Officiating. Interment will follow the funeral in the Park Howard Cemetery in Wallins, KY, Rick Jones, Leon Jones, Teddy Calloway, Teddy Trammell, Gabe Carmical, Brandon Noe, and Ted Calloway will serve as Pallbearers. {jcomments on} dlvr.it/464rJ4
