Jesse Swift rode the Spot Brand Cream to an impressive victory at the Dakota 5-0. Read his race report below. This past Labor Day weekend, I did the Dakota 5-0 race in Spearfish, SD. Its a super fun event and this was my first attempt at racing it on the SS. It had rained the night before and the already sweet single track become even more awesome. The course is PERFECT for SS riding, not too many steep climbs or extended flats. Despite a flat rear tire at mile 38 and a broken spoke around mile 45, I was able to finish with a time of 4:06 which also gave me the win! I wanted to share this success with you as well as thank you again for your support this season! The belt drive was perfect and I think I was the only SS racer on the belt AND a Spot Cream! The race was really well done and everyone in South Dakota was very nice! I hope I represented Gates and Spot well at a new location! Enjoy your weekend! Jesse Taylor Swift
