Jessica did not show up at the North Gate as I expected this morning. I brought her back yesterday afternoon but she wasted no time in making the long hot trip back to the steer hangout under the huge oak tree. That is where I saw her last. Could she have ventured farther to another treasure trove of cow patties? We have not heard the pack of coyotes lately and Ive not seen any raccoons though they are around, I hear. Where could she be?
