Jessie is stranded until early morning in Washington DC airport. On her own. My first thought... ok, you really dont want/need to know! ...but my first response was: to tell her it was ok, it was NOT her fault, and that we will deal with it together. Though part of me is certainly alarmed, yes at least a little bit, I admit it! but I am also resting in faith that she has Gods protection wherever she goes, and also in the knowledge of how very capable and smart she really is....this is one amazing girl here, just saying!! So she will be fine...its just really hard to be a Mom sometimes..... Going to get her from Charlotte at *gulp* 7 am... (yep, *f* me for real, haha) then come back through town and on to Greenville, then home to Cola town again...hopefully in time to teach, certainly in time to meander through a rehearsal...sorry guys, but tomorrow is going to be one of those days... hope I am still functional to a degree by then... Meanwhile, Pauls advice? well get to sleep...thanks so much for the helpful hint, honey... here is my turn to say: I am aware of that. lolol and I so hope you have a nice normal night at work and sleep well tomorrow while I get this done. And good luck on Wed too. Moms do a lot more than you think, so hug your mom, all yall out there!! :)
