Jesus Calling Approach problems with a light touch. When our minds move toward a problem area, we tend to focus on that situation so intensely that we lose sight of Christ. We pit ourselves against the difficulty as if we have to conquer it immediately. Our mind gears up for battle, and our body becomes tense and anxious. Unless we achieve total victory , we feel defeated. There is a better way. When a problem starts to overshadow our thoughts, let us take that matter to Christ. Talk wit Jesus about it and look at it in the Light of His Presence. This puts some much-needed space between us and our concerns, enabling us to see from Christs perspective. We will be surprised at the results. Sometimes we may even laugh at ourselves for being so serious about something so insignificant. You will always face trouble in this life. But more importantly, we will always have Jesus with us, helping us to handle whatever we encounter.
