Jesus Is About To Visit You! Last night while sitting down and - TopicsExpress

Jesus Is About To Visit You! Last night while sitting down and working on something while alone in the house, all of the sudden waves of the Holy Spirit began to flood over me with joy and laughter in one breath, and crying and pain pouring out in the next. And then when I got up to cross the room, I felt drunk in the Spirit and I could not stop smiling and giggling to myself. I have had something like this happen many years ago, but it seems like forever now after all of the long, hard, lonely, and heartbreaking years of the Christian Wilderness experience. The reason I am telling you all this is to encourage you that God is about to start visiting all of us out of the blue, and to not give up right now. Jesus often shows up when you least expect Him and when you most need Him; especially when everything seems lost. LK 24:36 While they were still talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, Peace be with you. There was another time many years ago when I was in ministry in California; and although we had meetings in Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Santa Barbara, we made very little money to live off of and at times ate at the rescue mission, or even slept in the bushes. But one time after a painting job we did that day, someone suggested that we go to a four-star restaurant just for the fun of it. So we went to a nice place in our grubby, run down, stinky state (I’m surprised that they let us in; seriously). And right in the middle of our sumptuous meal, all of the sudden you could feel the very strong and unmistakable presence of Jesus sitting at the end of the table. We all noticed it at once and began to cry because we were all in such a beaten down and weary state where we all really needed this. PS 68:9 You gave abundant showers, O God; you refreshed your weary inheritance. My point is this, no matter how despised, dejected, rejected, alone, and misunderstood by others you may feel right now; Jesus has already planned to meet with you and to restore and refresh you. Do you know why He is going to do this? Simply because He loves you and wants to be near you. He knows you have been in one of the lowest times of your life right now with massive warfare and deprivation, but He’s just been using all of this pain to put some much needed finishing touches on your life before He promotes and blesses you soon. So no matter how empty or lost you may feel right now, God has not forgotten about you; and Jesus is about to show up in your midst suddenly. This will be your day of refreshing, restoration, and victory; so look up your redemption is very near! MT 24: 33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door...
