Jesus.... Some people are just plain rude.... I get a phone call to deliver food. I inform the customer that we no longer do phone orders or cash deliveries as a safety precaution for our drivers, as muggings have increased. I am then pummeled by profanities and third grade name calling. Might I say, this was the first person to not actually congratulate us on holding the employees well being over our income.... They instead became enraged, and then became even more belligerent, once they asked for a superior and I responded with, I am the store manager. just.... wow.
