Jesus came down hardest on those whos doctrine was closest to his own. As Christians we have to constantly examine our relationship with God and pray we our doing what Jesus said. If we are not Loving our enemies, forgiving others who sin against you and praying for those who are in darkness with hope for there salvation we can easily fall from Grace and truth. Its not just about knowing the Truth its about doing it in our lives. If we stay close to Jesus we will avoid this. For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.” - Jesus
