Jesus replied, ye of little faith, why are you so afraid? although the diciples had witnessed many miracles, they panicked in the storm. As experienced sailors, they knew its danger, what they did not know was that Christ could control the forces of nature. There are often storms of our human nature where we feel God cant or wont work. When we truly understand who God is, we realize he controls the storms of nature, & the storms of the troubled heart. Jesus is willing to calm the storms, & help us deal with the problems we face, if we only ask. We should never discount his power even in troubled trials.
