Jesus said: Thy kingdom come; Mary Baker Eddy wrote: let the reign of divine Truth, Life, and Love be established in me, and rule out of me all sin; and may Thy Word enrich the affections of all mankind, and govern them! Here is precisely where government is found--in the Word of God. Eddy wrote an article in her work, Christian Science vs. Pantheism: ...Pray for the prosperity of our country, and for her victory under arms; that justice, mercy, and peace continue to characterize her government, and that they shall rule all nations. Pray that the divine presence may still guide and bless our chief magistrate, those associated with his executive trust, and our national judiciary; give to our congress wisdom, and uphold our nation with the right arm of His righteousness. Eddy states: SH 560) ...and the grand necessity of existence is to gain the true idea of what constitutes the kingdom of heaven in man. P.S. Seeley, CSB writes: Angels are our dearest allies: It is the forever function of Gods legions of angels to make us conscious of this great fact. We may ask where and how do we find the angels? Mr. Seeley goes on to say: through prayer. We all so much need to fully appreciate the indispensable place that prayer has in our salvation. Prayer is the willingness of the individual to open his thought more fully to the presence of his ever-loving parent, Mind, and to the fact that this parent Mind is mindful of everything that His beloved child needs in order to be what he exists to be, the evidence of Gods presence, power, goodness and unvarying love.
