Jesus still says: I AM the Bread of Life . . . Come to - TopicsExpress

Jesus still says: I AM the Bread of Life . . . Come to Me. Vigaywada, India . . . a little village of palm frond, dirt floor huts, a tiny room. Inside sit people too old to work, outside children play, too young to work. A small filthy water river snakes thru the town. Scavengers live there - poverty-stricken people who search dumps and garbage heaps for scraps, to eat, or sell for food for the day. Missionaries I was with, build a fire, fill a huge caldron with rice and water, spread banana leaves on the ground, ladle out for each person rice and vegetables - their only real meal all day. Then . . . they tell them Gods Good News of great joy to all people - Jesus Christ - who loves them, died for their sins, arose from the dead to forgive their sins, to give them eternal life, calls them to trust Him. And many do. Jesus told the devil - Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Give them bread . . . and . . . Jesus too. Why doesnt Jesus feed the whole world today? He could - He is the Creator God. But - if He fed billions of false-god worshipers - theyd eat His bread - a full belly for a day, a week - then - choose to believe it came from their non-existing false-gods - and remain in their sins - shut out from Gods high, holy, happy Heaven - forever. God is absolute power positive. Christ-rejecting man is and does negative sin-stuff - opposite of all the positives that God is. So Jesus says to all people on the planet: I AM the Bread of Life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. Yes . . . give them bread . . . in Jesus name.
