Jesus told the woman at the well (John 4) to worship in spirit and in truth. Worship is a prime time to tune into Jesus and ask Him how He wants to be with you. Will He prompt you to sing, dance, kneel, pray, journal, paint, close your eyes, raise your hands, sit quietly, walk in nature or play an instrument? When you respond with how he wants to meet, you have worshipped in spirit and in truth!
