Jesus went ham on leadership. He spoke to them with boldness - TopicsExpress

Jesus went ham on leadership. He spoke to them with boldness about their hypocrisy and judgmental behavior against those who were not Jews or outside the temple. Sounds familiar? There are many temple Pharisees in todays time who ridicule one because they dont attend their church or chooses to not bow to them and worship them as idols. Yes, we are called to respect authority. However, when authority is leading Gods people in a opposite direction, its time to move forward and grow in a place where acceptance and purpose can excel. Leaders should not be intimidated by the one that their leading nor envy their followers. It is important to understand what Jesus meant when He said: Matthew 23:13 NKJV “ But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in. Its time for leadership to STAND up or have a SEAT. Stop ridiculing people because they choose to excel in other places. Every seed dont grow in every environment. The atmosphere has to be conducive for growth. Woe to you! #LearnToLead #Leadership101
