Jewish Schools Careers Expo Students from Melbournes Jewish schools together for the biennial Jewish Schools Careers Expo recently. Students and parents were able to choose from over 80 speakers, covering careers in graphic design and psychology, to law, finance, veterinary science and TV production. Social work, engineering, nursing and fashion design were also offered amongst many others. The opportunity to hear these speakers and question them on the day-to-day aspects of their work was an invaluable aid to students in their own career planning. University representatives were also on hand to provide course information and entry requirements, and recent school graduates now at university gave an insight into life on campus.
