Jewish friends, help me understand... Here in America, many of my Jewish friends give me the break down about the good animals to eat and the ones to stay away from (yawn). Yet in Israel, the culture is vegetarian and many are practicing to go vegan--they totally get it. Is it because Israelis are following the book of peace, the Essene way? They understand that Jesus and his family were vegetarian/vegan? I would like to know so I can educate my Jewish friends that the correct way is veganism.
