Jews from 340 cities around the world will from tonight keep one complete Sabbath together. Known as the The Shabbos Project Jews from all walks of life, stars and simple folks, academics and others across the spectrum this week are all going to be ‘Keeping it Together.– from Friday evening just before sunset on October 24, until Saturday night after the stars have come out on October 25. Activities are planned in every Jewish Community around the world. I will be at Maroubra Synagogue tonight and the Yeshiva Centre at Bondi tomorrow where there will be a lunch celebrating the 70th birthday of Rabbi Feldman the Spiritual Leader of Yeshiva.
