Your victory over JKF the outgone and Former Governor of Ekiti State was envisaged and expected, it was like when Chelsea (the club I support) wants to play Arsenal, we always knew the result beforehand... A point I would like to bring to your notice before I continue is this... THE PEOPLE OF EKITI, DIDNT JUST VOTE FOR YOU, THEY VOTED AGAINST FAYEMI... They wanted change and they got that change... It is no doubt you are the First Governor to defeat two incumbent Governors, i.e. You are the first to be sworn-in twice, havent defeated two sitting Governors (Adeniyi Adebayo and Kayode Fayemi) in Ekiti, if not in Nigeria (I stand to be corrected)- this is a Landmark achievement... But you will recalled that you were the first Governor to be bundled out of the Governors Office as well, this sounds like an irony or upturn of event... As wise people usually put it... THOSE WHO FAIL TO LEARN FROM HISTORY, ARE CONDEMN TO REPEATING THEM. I write this so you will look back at your first stint as Governor, Look back at the events that played out towards you removal which some non-thinking persons, call impeachment, you were a victim of Civilian Dictatorship of OBJ, although I must confess, you had your own share of blame, yoruba put it thus: TI A KO BA JEUN SI EYIN ABO, EERA ONI BO (IF THERE ARE NO CRUMS ON THE BACK OF THE PLATE, ANTS WOULD NOT SURROUND IT), you were too vocal, insultive, egoistic, you did more of talking than listening and reasoning, that was why you fell. Now imagine this Mr. Gov, would Ekiti people who supported you (ur first term- incomplete) not have tore the state apart, if they were 100% on your side, but your approach to issue was harsh, rash and temperamental, you ran mouth a lot and did little.... I am not totally condemning your actions then though, but you were politically immature then (Like JKF is Today) and later fell into the waiting trap of BABA OBJ who seized the opportunity to disgrace and De- Governor you... The Neat, Eggless and Non deficating Chicken Project Led you to your waterloo... But according to you, in one of your many campaigns at spotless, you said You a now a changed person, that this is now a new Fayose, that the Fayose of old is dead and a new one that is more matured and culture both politically and in mannerism, you demonstrated this Sir, but not trading words with those political bastards and idiotic fellows, who seized every opportunity to attack and unearth the past... That I notice and commend you for that... The reason you failed then Mr. Gov. was because you were carried away by the Euphoria of been loved by your people, you now became too spoilt, too rotten, thinking that the people will always support you as usual... But Now Mr. Gov. You have a new opportunity lying in front of you, this chance dont come easily but youve got it now on a PLATTER OF GOLD dont be fooled by those political gaugan, sycophants who would rally round you, paying you Congratulatory visits, even six (6) months after youve been sworn-in! These are political distractors, jobless and busy body politicians.. My Governor, Peoples Governor, your Re- election calls for more work, hardwork and more hardworks, we your people, the governed wants to see a brand new re branded Oshokomole who will be real and original but not crude as to ask for Tom-Tom during a Live Broadcast- that was interesting but dont do it again sir!!... Ekiti is a Fertile Land, Bring in Industries, Make Electricity available and the road networks motorable and suitable for both cars and pedestrians... Avoid the construction of DEJAVULIC FAYOSEs type of roads in first term... Love the students, reduce their school fees- if you can, and if you cant dont promise like JKF, make a good explanation and try and reverse the name to UNIVERSITY OF ADO EKITI (UNAD)....
