#Jigarthanda - The Pizza man strikes hard again with a kind of script that Tamil Cinema had never seen. A raw gangster story set up in Madurai with extraordinary twists and turns. Lakahmi Menon fits perfectly as a next door girl but has only a few minutes of screen space. Karuna performs his role with ease and delivers hilarious facial expressions. Siddarth has done his part in a great manner, not so heroic as a common hero of Tamil Cinema. At some places you may feel Siddarth of Udhayam NH4. Santosh Narayan already gave a chart busting songs, comes with a top notch background score yet another time and justifies his part for a Musical - Gangster story. The DOPs work is also very good for a raw movie filled with violence. Simha will make you forget all his previous hit roles Pagalavan & Vatti Raja and what he did in Jigarthanda will remain in your heart. What a dialogue delivery.. Show stealer! Captain of the ship Karthik Subbaraj, the man with super imagination keeps you entertained all the way from the start and makes you think what happens next but the pre climax is little bit slow in screenplay but not too boring. All together pushes Jigarthanda into a must watch category! Verdict - 3.75/5 ஜிகர்தண்டா, குடிக்கலாம் ஒரு அண்டா! ☺
