Here is our 1000.5th and continuing copy of our them book you asked me as we were re-united in my Colonie Target’s on 12/06/86 at 10:57am, just like magic in our Monday 10:00am meetings in your safe office at Clearview. Thank you Jill for being my 30.2- year healing counselor and outside Clearview my secret true white American woman love. I love you much back the same! Jill National Lead, no one listened to me but you and the few of the few, who did not want me to glow like the sky O so crystal blue on this January 23 1986 cold day. Jill!!!!! All our 7 Call off the Challenger launch, from my facts below, were Never answered by any of the NASA Executives or the darn President! Jill, instead, yesterdays 1/22/86, Wednesday, Challenger scheduled 3:43 PM Eastern Standard Time launch, for the 5 time, Jill has been now bumped up to the morning of January 28 1986,as the Challenger will be sitting atop launch pad 39B at Kennedy Space Center. And the temperatures on this 28th day are predicted to be well below the lowest temperature that any other launch had encountered!! No acknowledgment from the NASA Executives or the President in spite of certifying and having the President and NASA sign for our 7copies of this letter, no replies ever came… Jill, Challengers two solid rocket boosters, SRBs, provide the main thrust to lift the space shuttle off the pad and up to an altitude of about 150,000 feet, or 24 nautical miles, 28 statute miles. In addition, Jill the two SRBs carry the entire weight of the external tank and orbiter and transmit the weight load through their structure to the mobile launcher platform. Each booster has a thrust, sea level, of approximately 3,300,000 pounds at launch. They are ignited after the three space, shuttle main engines thrust level is verified. The two SRBs provide 71.4 percent of the thrust at lift- off and during first-stage ascent. Seventy- five seconds after SRB separation, SRB apogee occurs at an altitude of approximately 220,000 feet, or 35 nautical miles, 41 statute miles. Finally Jill the Challengers SRBs impact in the ocean approximately 122 nautical miles oh, Jill that is 141 statute miles downrange. As you and I know from my showing you all my calculations put together in our 1/20/86, magic Monday counseling meeting Jill, the Challenger’s, Mr. Goodyear’s rubber O-rings we calculated that there is a 87.94% chance that the O-rings will be very slow in swelling fast enough to completely seal the SRB segment joints to stop the super-hot flames from possible fire against Challenger’s fuel tank! Then the O-Rings will be under immense strain when the Challenger is given the “Green” light to throttle up to hurl the Challenger 9.8 meters a second, which is the escape velocity for an object to escape Earth’s gravitational field. Jill this will surely be the “Straw that breaks the camel’s back!” The Solid rocket boosters, SRBs, are the largest solid- propellant motors ever flown and the first designed for reuse. Each is 149.16 feet long and 12.17 feet in diameter, and weighs approximately 1,300,000 pounds each at launch. The propellant for each solid rocket motor weighs approximately 1,100,000 pounds. The inert weight of each SRB is approximately 192,000 pounds. Jill the fuel mixture is composed of an ammonium perchlorate, oxidizer, 69.6 percent by weight, aluminum, fuel, 16 percent, iron oxide, a catalyst, 0.4 percent, a polymer, a binder that holds the mixture together, 12.04 percent, and an epoxy curing agent, 1.96 percent. The propellant is an 11-point star- shaped perforation in the forward motor segment and a double- truncated- cone perforation in each of the aft segments and aft closure. This configuration provides high thrust at ignition and then reduces the thrust by approximately a third 50 seconds after lift-off to prevent overstressing the vehicle during maximum dynamic pressure. In other words, Jill the fuel upon liftoff is the “Perfect Torch!” Now, today January 23 1986, which is almost D-Day for the Challenger crew of 7 who are being horrible lied to by NASAs alleged super smart Executives, and top engineers about the crews re-scheduled January 28 1986 morning lift off, for my new calculations, below and in my them book I gave you on Monday in our counseling session, and after work dinner all point to great Rubber O-ring seal not sealing properly at the joints between Challengers Solid Rocket Booster (SRB) segments!!! Simply put Jill due to NASAs so called engineers failure to factor in their equations the way I did with mine, which do include the molecular structure of the rubber O-rings and the temperature on 1/28/86 at mid-morning, which is going to be a very dangerously low 30 to 32 Fahrenheit!!! Jill, these two missing equation from NASAs engineers, but, included in mine, the temperature on the 28th and the molecular structure of the rubber O-rings, will surely spell dome for the 7 Challenger Crew members!!! Jill, my equations state that natural rubber, and synthetic natural is polymer of 2-1, 3-butadiene, isoprene, with a chain length of 5000 monomer, then Jill of course the manufacture, Morton-Thiokol, of Challengers 12 foot in diameter O-rings are put through the process of Vulcanization, where the hydrocarbon chains become linked together by C-S-S-C bonds. Then, Jill, like I told you Monday and in your book, factor in the predicted cold weather on the morning of the 28th, hence you get a ((((((Big Bang!!!!)))))) My equations are right about them, Jill, for Challengers rubber O-rings ability to swell fast enough shortly after launch time, will NOT swell quick enough to seal the joints of the Challengers Solid Rocket Boosters (SRBs)! You see now Jill that Im right for when an O-ring is cooled below its Tg (glass transition temperature), it loses its elasticity and becomes brittle. More importantly, when an O-ring is cooled near, but not beyond, its Tg, the cold O-ring, once compressed, will take longer than normal to return to its original shape. The Challengers O-rings, and all other seals, work by creating positive pressure against a surface thereby preventing leaks. My final calculations state this will not happen to Challengers O-rings upon liftoff in January 28 1986, just five days after you receive this love letter Jill at Clearview and at home, I love you Jill Miller for believing in me… Also, Jill, just like, Mary, Jamila my DeNooyer true love, and our Time traveling into future times calculations, through Worm holes, stated, my very long-time hard worked on by me, Jill the Challenger and the temperature on its lift off date, now moved to midmorning on 1/28/86, 5 days from this love letter to you Jill, should have been called off after all my letters, the copy of yours here, but addressed to them, to the President and NASA!!, Jill their experts do not calculate the molecular structure of their rubber O-rings the way I did and told them, a bang on the 28th for the Challengers External Tank and Solid Rocket Boosters are connected by several struts, including one at 310 degrees near the aft field joint that my calculations state will indeed fail if launched in too cold weather, it is going to be between 30 F to 33 F on the 28th, give or take. The struts effect on the joins dynamics are to enhance the opening of the gap between the tang and clevis by about 10-20 percent in the region of 300-320 degrees. Jill the Challengers O-rings proper swelling resiliency, oh, Jill, I know you are smartest girl in world, but resiliency in my studies and calculations means, the capability of a strained body to recover its size and shape after deformation caused especially by compressive stress, and temperature in 1/28/86 are directly related!!! In the simple experiment I did with Goodyears small, but exact same chemical structure as Challengers, O-rings I showed you in your safe office on Monday, and here at home before I mailed them all 7 letters proved that a warm O-ring that has been compressed will return to its original shape much quicker than will a cold O-ring when compression is relieved. Thus, a warm O-ring will follow the opening of the tang-to-clevis gap. A cold O-ring may not Jill on the 28th. And Jill, a compressed O-ring at 75 degrees Fahrenheit is five times more responsive in returning to its uncompressed shape than a cold O-ring at 30 degrees Fahrenheit. As my calculations and mini experiments I showed you and we sent them , via, 7 letters, prove that the Challengers O-rings in the solid boosters aft field joints WILL not follow the opening of the gap between the tang and clevis at time of ignition. my mini experiments indicated that the primary mechanism that actuates O-rings sealing is the application of gas pressure to the upstreams, high-pressure, sides of the O-rings as they sit in their grooves or channels. For this pressure actuation to work most effectively, spaces between the O-rings and it heir upstream channels wall should exist during pressurization. Upon Challengers 1/28/86 lift off the Tang-to-clevis gaps of .O04 inches, between the SRBs joins, must fully compress the O-rings to the degree that no clearance existed between the O-rings and its upstream channel walls and the other two surfaces of the channels. Now Jill simply put 1/28/86 midmorning Challengers liftoff cold launch temperature according to all my calculations and experiments prove that Challengers O-rings are going to be very slow in returning to their normal rounded shape. They will not follow the openings of the tang-to-clevis gaps. The O-rings will remain in their compressed positions in the O-ring channels and not provide a space between their and the upstream channel walls. Thus, the O-rings will not be pressure actuated to seal the gaps in time to preclude joint failures due to blow-by and erosion from hot combustion gases. Hence, 7 letters of ours Jill to save 7 poor astronauts, have been, as usual, used a icy January 28 1986 floor mats by the President and NASA… Why Jill???????? My final mini O-ring test, I showed you in your office on Monday, which I just did before sending the President his 2 copies of this letter and NASA Executives 7 copies, was to simply buy a small 5-inches in diameter O-ring with exact molecular structure as Challengers huge O-rings and place them into ice-cold water, aammm, 31.5F, degrees Fahrenheit, and subsequently I noted a major loss of pliability and I timed and measured my O-rings expansion rates, and wouldnt you know Jill just like I proved to you in your office, the 7 Crew members of the Challenger are, well, we just say, God bless them! Jill, now all the usual them bad news. No response to copies of this letter, but as you and I read on Monday, to President Ronald Reagan, NASAs top Engineers, mostly Roger Boisjoly, who is the aerospace engineer who will be in charge of inspecting the Challenger’s O-rings prior to its flight. So, it looks like the President and the 7 letters I sent to the top NASA engineers, 2 to Roger Boisjoly, must be used at floor mate at You see Jill now I am 1000% correct about them, the many of the many white American women for they made sure I spent my 1986 New Years Day and night alone. However, you know them Jill and they are going to ignore these warnings, my secret animal friends told me on 12/25/85, and at on 1/28/86 midmorning they, them, are going to give the “All is well for launch,” to the Challenger crew to lifted off, its last!!!
