Jim Flowers I hope that everyone on the Island is calling to protest their 2014 property tax appraisals. Mine went up 14% last year and they are attempting to raise it another 18.5% this year. What Nueces county is doing is wrong and we have to push back. Call 361-991-9978 before May 31. I also plan to file a complaint with the state, no other county is doing this to their tax payers. - Jim Flowers
