Jim Rohn says that you become the average of the five people you spend the most time with. You need to be picky about who those five people are. Ive become quite brutal with this and delete people from fb after any over the top negative posts or racist/derogotary remarks. I dont need to expose myself to it. Its harder to clean closet in your real life but Im starting to try and remove myself from spending time with negative people. And I am noticing the difference!!
