Jimmy Smits plays Matt Santos in the captivating series The West Wing. Sometimes art imitates life. Sometimes and sadly, life imitates art. When a 12-year-old is shot and killed in Los Angeles by a police officer, the presidential candidate travels to the church where the funeral service is held for the boy.
