Jimmy the Border Collie has also improved. Today we did a bit of recall down at a local reserve with minimum distraction. (Jimmy was on a 50ft long line for safety reasons) We are also training Jimmy Boundaries while out in the open. Teaching dogs boundaries is so important, it teaches dogs to watch and see which direction is the owners are walking and to keep close by. Jimmys owners have really did their homework with the indoor training. Jimmy doing the bed, drop, stay and come. Great Job Guys!!! Jimmy has also minimised in chasing cars, just a leave it is all is needed to get his attention away from a moving object And the leave it all together is also going great. Furniture jumping has stopped completely. :) He is now happy to lay down on his mat while the humans watch TV. Also his over bearing attention seeking has also minimised.
