Jiyoung will part of NTV drama special Higanbana ~ Onnatachi no Hanzai File ~. She will portray a role of a talented forensic researcher named Kaoruko Nagami. The story is about a new division created by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. It is named Higanbana, which literally means as a flower with a poison root. This group is composed of five female detectives headed by Japanese actress Horikita Maki as detective Nagisa Kinomiya.
