Jo Knight - I forgot to post about the most bizarre comment we received yesterday! Im still in shock!! So Jo and I were taking fliers and posters round Knutsford yesterday - asking business owners to display them. We went into a boutique for plus-size ladies. I went up to the lady (manageress/owner) at the back of the shop and explained that we were promoting a women-only fitness business in Knutsford and would she mind displaying some of our fliers. She looked at me in a way Im not sure how to describe and said, really apologetically, this shop is for plus-size women. I just kind of waited (for something more I guess) and she waited for me to respond. After a bit of silence, I told her that our ladies are all shapes and sizes and she reluctantly took some and we left. You had to be there really but it was so bizarre. Its as if she was telling me not to waste my time because plus-size ladies dont do fitness!! Still cant quite believe it! Was simply bizarre!
