Jo Ugunja, as majority of UTT and sister forum UCF members are already aware of the great loss of Dr. Odongo (twin brother to Hon. Opiyo Wandayi), the stewardship of this group has called for political truce to give the bereaved humble time to mourn Dr. Odongo. I therefore call upon all sides of the divide to obey our culture and give due respect to the late Dr. Odongos and Hon.
