Job # 14-60 Position: Workers comp case manager Location: Concord, NH Type: Insurance company Status: Part time. 24-28 hours a week with benefits Duties: • Develop an occupational treatment and rehabilitation plan for injured employees. • Assist the injured employee to gain access to an appropriately qualified clinician. • Clinical resource for questions related to diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. • Identify psycho-social-environmental factors that may complicate appropriate recovery. • Work with the claim executive, employer, treating physician and injured worker to expedite a timely return to modified or full duty employment.
