Objective of the Job: • Head Hunting, Mapping and Industry Research • Headhunting & Sourcing of candidates by initial screening, personal interviews / telephonic interviewsand handling the entire joining process of the candidates • Understand and analyze overall Clients needs and requirements.(description, salary, expectations, etc) • With use of various tools and innovative recruiting styles, reviewand present the screened candidates to the clients • Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with Clients & Manage the entire Account • Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the manager • Updating with the respective domain knowledge Day-To-DayResponsibilities: • Team management is mandatory for Managerial candidates • Regular follow-up with candidates and managing a healthy pipeline • Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and afterinterviews • Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations withcandidates within our internal database • Should be able to generate leads from candidates • Meeting the defined timeframe for the assignments • Posting job descriptions on Portals & Social Media Networks • End to End coordination from client and candidate side.
