Job Description Cloud Data Solutions - CDS is looking to hire Technical Support Engineers: Job Summary: Provides high level onsite and remote IT technical liaison, support to the customers, with responsibility for the full lifecycle of incidents and problems. The position will require close working with all teams in all levels of Technical Support. Job Responsibilities: • Install and maintain various software. • Act in a very responsive and prompt manner to customers urgent requests. • Receive all internal/external support calls into the system and perform cause. • Analyze and determine severity of the call. Skills • Knowledge in programming & development (desktop applications under .Net environment ) • Good experience in web development under ASP.Net . • Knowledge in database engines (Ms-SQL). • Knowledge in application servers. • Excellent team player. • Working under pressure skills. • Excellent customer service skills.
