Job Description: . SAP ECC, BW Administration experience • Experience with Oracle RAC database administration and experience writing SQL queries • Experience/Knowledge of Unix Server / Shell scripting • Experience with SAP BPC and Solution Manager is a plus (not mandatory) Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain operational readiness of SAP ECC, BW, BPC, SM, CC, IXOS, Vertex , Ariba and Paymetric applications and provide 24/7 support as needed. • Work with other teams to resolve infrastructure related problems (i.e. Server, Network, and Database) where appropriate. • Execute documented procedures and workaround steps to address common issues. • Identify and proactively fix system issues through monitoring and early watch reports • Execute Disaster Recovery procedures Requirements: • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience • Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. • Ability to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical personnel • Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, dynamic and event driven environment. • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple project deadlines and milestones • Approachable/Personable/Team Player • Must be available for shift and weekend work.
