Job Description for Staffing Manager: (Internal Requirement @ Talent Logic) Qualification: Minimum Graduate Eligibility: Minimum 2 yrs experience into International calling (International BPO Voice Process ). Responsibilities: * Responsible for sourcing candidates through Job portals, networking, internet postings etc. * Implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool. * Low turn around time from sourcing to closure of candidate. * Evaluate skill level; manage offer process, including reference checks. * Work with GC and US Citizen candidates. Required Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. In addition, teamwork skills are a must along with the ability to grasp new technologies. * Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. * Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large-team environment. * Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. * Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency. * PC proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel and Internet Search. Note: Willing to work in Night Shift.
