Required Skills The ideal candidate will be able to confidently lease apartments at fair market value. Other duties of this position will include coordinating the apartment make-ready process and participating in marketing of the apartment community. Some weekend work is also required. With over 64 different apartment communities in the Greater New Orleans, LA area, we offer great career opportunities for multi-family professionals with a lot of potential for advancement. This is an hourly position with commission paid on apartments leased.
