Job Details Field Officer Industry: Other Employment Type: Permanent Location: Bindura Job Summary Applications are invited to fill in the above-mentioned position that has emerged in our Bindura Office Description Overall Responsibilities Manage the Branch and monitor day to day activities Ensure the Branch and each Agent meet required production targets Increase client base and market share (On Both individual and Employee Benefits business) by promoting new business growth Maximize operational efficiency by improving skills and other Field Force engagement levels Manage risk and raise process and system efficiency (Institute an effective risk management system within the Branch). Provide client service and consumer business (persistence rate). Implementing the Companys Marketing Strategy and promotes growth of quality business. Co-ordinate credit control function and visits to Premium Paying Authorities Ensure that Agents and Office staff upload professional standards as required by regulators. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager Requirements Qualifications and experience Must have: At least 5 0 Level passes including English Language and Mathematics At least 2 A Level passes At least an upper second class Undergraduate degree in Economics, Marketing, Insurance and Risk Management or any other Commercial degree.
