The organisation has organised community development programmes and several awareness campaigns with marginalized communities. Roles and Responsibilities •Management of the overall implementation of the project; •Provide adequate direction, supervision and support to the project team; •Manage and monitor project finances as per the approved budget; •Finalize progress and financial reports and ensure timely submission; •Oversee the documentation of lessons learnt and end of project report; •Coordinate the dissemination of lessons learnt workshop; •Oversee advocacy and networking with stakeholders and partners; •Develop appropriate MIS to ensure effective monitoring; •Conduct monthly/quarterly review meetings with the project team; and •Report to Project Director on work progress. •Other work responsibilities as assigned by the project director Qualification and Experience •Post-graduate degree in MSW or social sciences •2-3 works experience in the area of Community Development Issues will be preferred •Strong writing and communication skills in English and Hindi •Ability to work under deadlines •Committed towards the cause of vulnerable communities •Basic proficiency in using computers Salary: 12,000/- per month If you are interested in applying for the above position, please send your curriculum vitae along with a covering letter to [email protected] within a week of this advertisement.
