Nationality preferred : Any nationality JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Following up all related issues to the products that are being marketed and sold through the company. • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize customer potential in designated regions. • Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery, through making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs. Coordinating sales projects • Assist in drafting agreements with clients and provide technical feedback whenever applicable. • Prepare offers/quotations to the customers and finalize them. • Assist in negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions. • Assist in offering after-sales support services and solving client problems. • Participate at tradeshows, conferences and other events as needed by head office and travel to visit potential clients. • Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers. Record and maintain contact data. • Prepare periodic reports to head office. • Organizing routine servicing schedules at clients place and do preventive maintenance. • Carrying out quality inspections. • Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns. • Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed. • Keeping production managers informed of progress. SKILLS • Expert knowledge and understanding of manufacturing, maintenance, distribution & supply chain business issues. • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of products, features, functions, and benefits. • Proven success presenting technologies as business solution. • Proven success selling into complex sales environments with both business and technical buyers. • Able to organize and prioritize work in a multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines, follow through on commitments, and take corrective action where appropriate. • Effective written, oral and presentation skills, both in Arabic (preferred) and English. • Administrative Skills, team leading and management of additional technical resources to meet the needs of an account. • Shows high level of responsibility and willing to follow up related issues in various locations in the country. • Has to have good hands on in Microsoft Office applications.
