Responsibilities: • Consistently meeting or exceeding established targets for call volume, contact and lead touches, continued nurturing and follow up. • Calling prospective customers in designated market areas to qualify leads, explain on the company’s products and to create persuasive opportunities. • Generating regular reports demonstrating target attainment and lead lifecycle. • Following up on active Leads. • Providing collateral fulfillment. Requirement: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree and preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent. • In order to be suitable for this position you must have experience working in a Telesales Executive, Sales Executive, online Marketing Executive, Sales & Marketing Executive or similar role with some sales exposure. • Retail, Manufacturing or E-commerce industry experience would be beneficial. • The ideal candidate will have some understanding of product development and marketing research, but this is not essential. • This role would suit an internet savvy Business / Marketing graduate with some retail experience. • Excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
