In this role, you will be part of a highly effective team servicing over employees across three states. As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for providing functional support in the area of Human Resources Administration, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Onboarding and training to several client groups in the Radio, Local TV and Corporate divisions. You will serve as an employee and Company champion while working consultatively with our local Leaders. You will serve as a point person providing guidance to managers in the areas of performance management and employee relations. You will be responsible for conducting investigations under the supervision of the HR Director as needed.
