Job Opening! Bodies in Balance Physical Therapy and Fitness Center is looking for an energetic, motivated Front Desk/Receptionist. Medical office experience and scheduling is a huge plus. Knowledge of HIPPA laws is very important. Duties would include greeting and scheduling patients, answering phones, marketing, preparing treatment rooms, assisting fitness center customers, as well as some cleaning and laundry. We are looking for someone who can multi task and complete many duties on a daily basis in our fast paced office. Hours are Mon, Wed, Fri 9-5 and the possibility of Thursday in our Silver Bay office.
