Job Opening at McNicholas H.S. -- Job Posting: Director of Admissions and Enrollment McNicholas seeks a full-time Director of Admissions and Enrollment. The Director of Admissions and Enrollment plans, directs and participates in activities related to outreach, recruitment, grade school programs, admissions, registration, testing, international student services, student records, financial aid and retention. In light of these responsibilities the director develops and implements an admission program to increase enrollment and organizes and coordinates the annual Open House and Information Nights. The Director of Admissions and Enrollment also works with the Director of Communications to develop marketing pieces for recruitment of students including brochures, media advertising and handouts for Information Nights. The Director of Admissions and Enrollment will plan and carry out educational outreach activities that encourage families to attend McNicholas High School, respond to inquiries, and follow inquiries through to the matriculation process. Duties include data and records management, strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and the ability to connect with a wide variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Catholic education in the Cincinnati area. Other criteria includes being a self-starter with proven written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Office software and student data management programs, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as a team.
